Prince William and Duchess Catherine have officially confirmed their future plans today, revealing they will be moving to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor and announcing the school their three children will start attending.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge announced that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will attend Lambrook School in Berkshire from September 2022.
While there have been rumors all summer that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were moving out of London for good, opting to take their family to Windsor, no confirmation came from the royals themselves until today.
The couple will be moving to Adelaide Cottage, where it was reported they want to give their three children, Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte, a more normal upbringing outside of the spotlight.
In an official statement, Kensington Palace said, "Their Royal Highnesses are hugely grateful to Thomas's Battersea where George and Charlotte have had a happy start to their education since 2017 and 2019 respectively and are pleased to have found a school for all three of their children which shares a similar ethos and values to Thomas's."
Kensington Palace also confirmed the family will be moving to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor's Home Park before the school term begins.

Lambrook is a leading independent preparatory school for both boys and girls, aged 3-13, set in 52 acres of beautiful Berkshire countryside.
Term fees differ by age group, but Charlotte’s per term fee could be around $7,600 (£6,448), George’s term fees are expected to be around $8,250 (£6,999) and Louis’ term fees are approximately $5,175 (£4,389).
William and Kate’s relocation will see them much closer to the Queen, who made Windsor Castle her permanent residence earlier this year.
An uncle of Kate’s had previously hinted that the rumors were true, after telling The Sun his niece and her husband were “ready for the next chapter.”
"William and Kate are going to have their hands full this summer as they move home to be nearer the Queen and settle the kids into a new school," he told the Sun, before adding, "I think they are ready for the next chapter in their lives."
