Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis were the recipients of an adorable treat from England's Euro team, as their father, Prince William, visited St. George's Park National Football Centre to meet the team.
- Prince William has been the President of the Football Association (FA) for 16 years since taking over the role in 2006.
- In his role, he visited the women's England Euro team where he was given a sweet gift from the team.
- In other royal news, The important reason Prince William and Kate Middleton didn't attend the Royal Ascot revealed.
On Wednesday, June 15, Prince William met with England Women's Football Team ahead of UEFA Women's Euro 2022. The Duke was pictured chatting with the players and having a kick about with a ball and shooting some goals.
The Prince is an avid sports fan and appeared touched when the players gifted him with football shirts made for his children that were personalized with their own names and age.
Taking to social media, the Duke of Cambridge said, "Wishing the very best of luck to the @Lionesses ahead of this summer’s UEFA Women’s Euro 2022. A major tournament on home soil is an exciting prospect and it’s clear the players are looking forward to the opportunity to show what they can do."
The Duke then recognized how inspirational a team of women players coming together to represent their country is said that they would be encouraging young girls across the UK.
"This squad is already inspiring the next generation of women and girls to play football, reaping the mental and physical benefits of activity. With an exciting summer of football ahead, the whole nation will be cheering you on!" concluded Prince William.

A love of football seems to be something that the Prince is trying to pass on to his children, and just last year during the men's Euros, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge bought their eldest son to watch some matches.
This then led Prince George's fans to be convinced that he could help England win the Euros final as the young Prince seemed to be a little bit of a lucky charm for England when he was watching from the stands.
Perhaps as the women's Euros draw near, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge may be encouraged to bring all of their children along to support the team - and they can wear their matching shirts while cheering the team on!
However, Prince William once revealed that his kids looked at him 'in horror' after he jumped off the sofa and 'screamed his head off' while watching football. So it seems that the three youngsters may not share their father's passion for the sport just yet!
