Emma Bunton has shared photos of her secret wedding ceremony with her long-time partner, and her dress is everything we’d imagined for grown-up Baby Spice.

The former Spice Girl stunned fans on Tuesday with the surprise announcement of her nuptials to the father of her two children, Jade Jones.

Emma tied the knot with the singer-turned-chef in a private ceremony, over a decade after they first became engaged. The pop legend treated her followers to a glimpse of the romantic occasion on Instagram, posting a sweet photo of the newlyweds on her profile and story.

And while it may be over two decades since the Spice Girls split up, it looks like the 90s star hasn't given up her iconic girl-band style. Emma’s wedding dress certainly reflected the Baby Spice aesthetic, and the short skirts and light colors that defined her playful wardrobe at the time.

Never one for fussy details and billowing silhouettes, the singer opted to exchange vows in a Miu Miu white mini dress, complete with sheer sleeves and a ruffled bib. She ditched the traditional veil and train, adding drama with a floor-sweeping cape and floral headband instead. The summery outfit was polished off with a pair of delicate sandals and a bouquet of fresh flowers—and of course a loved-up smile.

Jade, who found fame in the 90s as the lead singer of the British boy band Damage, also rocked an unorthodox look for the big day. The R&B musician turned five-star chef took groomswear to a whole new level, stepping out in a Gucci blazer, cream slacks, and white sneakers. He also went for some cool headgear, donning a brown trilby hat to compliment his camel jacket.

The married couple’s famous friends were quick to share their reaction to the happy news on social media, with many posting their well-wishes beneath the announcement.

“Congratulations beautiful people” wrote The Saturdays singer Rochelle Humes.

“Congratulations 🎉🍾🎈 love u both so much!!” Victoria Beckham, aka Posh Spice, commented.

Mel B, the band’s Scary Spice, also joined in on the excitement with a simple “Yipppeee 😘😍😍 ”.

Emma and Jade first met after a Spice Girls show in 1998 and have two children, aged 10 and 13. Despite being together for over 20 years, marriage has never been a major priority for the couple. Emma refuted rumors that the two were engaged back in 2008, telling Closer magazine that she didn't “need a wedding to justify her relationship”.

However, she seems to have had a change of heart in recent years. She hinted at the possibility of getting married in 2017, revealing that she and Jade already viewed each other as spouses. “It would be nice, wouldn’t it? I should get round to it. He already calls me his wife and I call him my husband,” she told The Sun's Fabulous magazine.

Congratulations, Emma and Jade!
