The Aldi Black Friday sale was always going to be hotly anticipated - last year was the first time that the immensely popular supermarket giant joined the Black Friday madness and there were some brilliant deals to be had. 

There are some great deals to be had on high-ticket items. Last year Aldi was the place to be for discounted electrical items.The Nintendo Switch was a particularly good deal last year, with Aldi claiming  a 23% saving compared to any of the other retailers selling the gaming console.
