Everyone loves Courteney Cox's coffee station - here's an affordable way to replicate her luxurious, simple style
Courteney Cox has the the perfect way to celebrate how we caffeinate
Did you spot it too? In her recent post Courteney Cox and Ed Sheeran may have been panicking over pasta, but all I could look at was her coffee station. Or, more specifically, the machines nestled inside it.
Coffee machines are bulky, but we use them daily, so they end up living on the counter whether you like it or not. That's why Courteney Cox's choice to lean in to her coffee machines, styling it them a features in her otherwise minimalist kitchen, is a very clever design decision. The best part is, she's chosen one of my favourite coffee machines of all time to do it with - and she's done it with a twist.
Courteney Cox's Instagram video only gives you a glimpse of the luxury coffee station, so I've done some digging to find her full, indulgent set-up and I was more than a little bit surprised when I got a closer look. so that we can all celebrate the way we caffeinate and find the perfect place for our precious coffee machines..
Courteney Cox's Coffee Machine and Coffee Station
If there's one thing we can take from Courteney Cox's kitchen tour, it's that a coffee station doesn't need to be elaborate to become a stand-out focal point. In an Instagram post made with Property Brothers, she explains that it's her friend's favourite feature in her kitchen, adding "this is where I make my coffee every morning."
Her set-up is a lesson in understated styling, pairing neutral ceramics, simple shapes, and a handful of carefully curated coffee essentials around her perfectly placed coffee machine. The star of the show is, of course, her Sage Barista Express. It's the same machine as our Lifestyle Editor, Tamara Kelly, who says she recommends it to everyone who enjoys "exceptional, barista-style coffee at home." However, there's more.

It won't come as any surprise that Courteney Cox opts for a premium, highly covetable machine, but what you might not expect is that she doubles-up. Perching alongside the Sage is another coffee machine, the modest Nespresso Essenza Mini. It's so slim and subtle you could blink and miss it, but it will no doubt be working hard in her kitchen. Teamed with Cox's Aeroccino Milk Frother, the coffee station has the option to enjoy a luxury bean-to-cup experience or a quick pop-a-pod-in-and-go drink.
This is the ultimate coffee machine for connoisseurs. It grinds, doses and extracts in one machine. With top-quality specs, it's the perfect machine for a finessed coffee routine.
Small enough to sneak onto the shelf, the Essenza Mini is the opposite to a substantial Sage. It uses Nespresso capsules to make quick coffees in under 30 seconds. It's convenient coffee at its finest.
This is the best milk frother on the market. It's simple, sleek and can foam hot and cold milk in under two minutes. The perfect companion to the Nespresso.

The whole coffee station style, whilst centred around the machines, is given character and charm by the coffee station accessories. You'll spot Courteney's shelving is decorated simply, with cream, black and earthy ceramics. She's mixed practical pieces with coffee table books and objets d'art. They're collected rather than cluttered - and, happily for us, easy to recreate at home.
