The Queen has been given the sweetest nickname by her eldest grandchild, Lady Louise Windsor.

What does the Queen get called by Lady Louise?

All of the Queen’s grandchildren have special nicknames for their grandma.

And Louise, 16, reportedly calls her grandmother "grandmama".

The Queen and Louse are said to have a special bond because she has inherited the monarch's love of horses and is a keen rider.

Lady Louise and her brother James, Viscount Severn - whose parents are Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, do not currently take part in royal engagements.

They also do not use HRH titles; this was decided by their parents, agreed with the Queen, and announced shortly after the birth of Lady Louise.

Their mother, Sophie, has spoken about the children's relationship with their grandmother.

She told the Sunday Times: "I guess not everyone's grandparents live in a castle, but where you are going is not the important part, or who they are.

"When they are with the Queen, she is their grandmother."

Sophie has also previously shared the adorable moment Lady Louise realised who her grandma was.

She told the BBC: "It happened a little while ago. It was much more of a shock to the system.

"It was only when she was coming home from school and saying, 'Mummy, people keep on telling me that grandma is the queen,'

"And I asked her, 'Yes, how does that make you feel?' And she said, 'I don't understand.'"

Sophie added: "I don't think she has grasped that perhaps there was only one queen."
