Madonna has stunned fans by releasing a collection of NFT videos that include digital scans of her own vagina, as well as nude depictions of her giving birth to trees and butterflies.

Madonna has never been afraid of controversy, and by the looks of her latest endeavor, her urge to shock isn't going anywhere soon.

The 63-year-old has shared a trilogy of NFT (non-fungible tokens) videos online which show graphics of herself completely naked – the final product of a "labor of love" that was "a year in the making". The project has been launched just a few weeks after Madonna flashed her thong on TikTok, inciting a mixed reaction from fans.

The Grammy-award-winner collaborated with digital artist Beeple to produce the three clips, which are named, 'Mother of Technology', 'Mother of Creation', and 'Mother of Evolution'. In the animated videos, a 3D version of Madonna's vagina delivering insects, trees, and butterflies can be seen.

The Material Girl singer is sitting in a tank in a post apologupic environment for the scenes, as part of a metaphor that highlights how the 'world is burning down.'

"When Mike (Beeple) and I decided to collaborate on this project a year ago, I was excited to have the opportunity to share my vision of the world as a mother and an artist with Mike’s own unique point of view," Madonna wrote on the site, where the videos can be watched.

"It’s been an amazing journey building this together from an intellectual idea to an emotional story, giving birth to art. I wanted to investigate the concept of creation, not only the way a child enters the world through a woman’s vagina, but also the way an artist gives birth to creativity. Most importantly we wanted to use this opportunity to benefit mothers and children who are most in need right now."

The videos will be auctioned off on SuperRare and all proceeds will go to three nonprofit organizations selected by Madonna and Beeple to "further their missions in supporting mothers across the globe."
