Chrissy Teigen has shared a tribute to her unborn son Jack, on the day that he was supposed to be born.
The model took to Instagram to share a photo of herself and the sweet words after she miscarried Jack late last year.
The social media post amassed over 800,000 likes, while many of her fans thanked her for being so open about her loss.

The Instagram photo, which showed Chrissy deep in thought, also said: "Can smile all day but thinking of you on your due date, bug."
It follows her Instagram post in October revealing her loss. The photo showed her in hospital crying, while she went on to say: "We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough."
At the time she went on to reveal, in the post that had over 11 million likes, that her and husband John Legend had already named their son Jack.

In a very open interview with Ellen two weeks ago Chrissy revealed that the miscarriage was a 'transformative thing'.
Having previously spoken about her struggles with alcohol in the past, the model believes Jack motivated her to seek mental health treatment and embrace a sober lifestyle.
“It was a really transformative thing for me, in a way he really saved me,” she said. “I don’t think I would have discovered therapy and then sobriety and this path of really feeling good about myself and feeling like a new person.”
In an extra Instagram story yesterday, Chrissy also showed that she had a bracelet made with his name on it - she wore it next to bracelets with her other children's names - daughter Luna Simone, 4, and son Miles Theodore, 2.
