Pixi’s Glow Tonic has become a cult buy among skincare fanatics.

The exfoliating toner uses powerhouse ingredient Glycolic Acid, to dissolve away dead skin cells and reveal brighter and fresher skin.

The alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) loosens the bonds that tightly pack dulling cells together, tackling those tough layers of dead skin.

Pixi’s gentle formula brightens skin, even managing to tackle hyperpigmentation, while also targeting signs of ageing and blemish-ridden skin.

The tonic was so successful that it spawned a number of multi-tasking toners all formulated to tackle different skin concerns.

Fans loved the Rose and Milky tonics that sooth and nourish skin, while the Vitamin-C was praised for brightening and the Retinol for targeting the signs of ageing.

And now the iconic tonic range has got another addition that sounds like it could be just as groundbreaking its predecessors.

Pixi has launched a Collagen Tonic – a volumizing toner that’s meant to plump skin and smooth fine lines.

Formulated with Acacia Collagen, a plant-based substitute for animal collagen, the tonic works to plump skin and rejuvenate the complexion to help smooth out fine lines and wrinkles.

With additional peptides, the amino acid chains that reinforce essential proteins in the skin, the tonic comes with strong anti-ageing properties.

And its not just the tonic’s anti-ageing abilities that make it worth a try, the product also infuses hydration into the skin with the addition of sea salt and coconut water that work boost hydration levels while re-mineralising the skin.

To get the most out of the tonic, the brand suggests to soak a cotton pad in the toner and sweep across the face, neck and décolletage during both your morning and evening skincare routines.

Be sure to avoid the eye area though and follow with a serum or moisturiser for an extra dose of hydration.

This new offering is definitely going on our skincare shelves.
