Ingredients

  • 400g mixed unsalted, skinned nuts (eg, macadamias, pecans, almonds, peanuts)
  • 1tbsp light soft brown sugar
  • 1tbsp sea salt
  • 1tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves chopped
  • 15g butter

Method

  • Heat the oven to 180C, gas 4. Lightly toast the nuts on a lined baking tray for 5 minutes. Put the remaining ingredients into a large bowl, add the nuts and toss to coat.
