- 400g mixed unsalted, skinned nuts (eg, macadamias, pecans, almonds, peanuts)
- 1tbsp light soft brown sugar
- 1tbsp sea salt
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves chopped
- 15g butter
Heat the oven to 180C, gas 4. Lightly toast the nuts on a lined baking tray for 5 minutes. Put the remaining ingredients into a large bowl, add the nuts and toss to coat.
