  • Plain yoghurt
  • Dessert apples
  • Dried cranberries
  • Buckwheat
  • Dried apricots


  • Toast the buckwheat grains in a medium oven until golden brown.

  • Slice the dessert apples.

  • Pour the plain yoghurt into a bowl and top with the buckwheat grains and slices of dessert apples. Sprinkle the dried cranberries and dried apricots over the dish.
