Princess Anne always looks chic, and she's delighted royal fans again with this on-trend fashion look.

Princess Anne was on the Isle of Wight on Wednesday for a royal engagement - proving once again how committed she is - but not as much as last week, when she carried out three royal engagements in one day during the UK’s record-breaking heatwave.

This week's royal engagement gave the senior royal a chance to show fans just how fashionable she is - wearing an on-trend striped and upturned collared shirt for the occasion.

Upturned collars, on some of the best shirts for women, have been seen everywhere recently - from the boardroom to the runaway, and now on royalty.

Princess Anne's blue, green and white striped shirt was worn under a navy double-breasted blazer, pairing her look with cream trousers and some chic sunglasses.

Fans of the royal loved her look, leaving love hearts on the recent Instagram post of her engagement - which took her to the Mountbatten Hospice, which was celebrating its 45th anniversary.

Anne also met young sailors and opened new accommodation for UK SA Sailing - a Youth Charity and Maritime training base, which will welcome an additional 3,000 young people each year to continue growing its impact on life skills.

Princess Anne, whose two engagement rings have this similarity, has always established herself as a hard worker - but last year she took the title of the hardest working royal in 2021.

Analysing each royal's total number of engagements and days of work recorded on the Court Circular, it emerged that Princess Anne undertook the most engagements in 2021. With a total number of working days of 170 and 179 engagements, her most popular place for engagements was St James’s Palace.

On Princess Anne’s overseas tour earlier this year, the hard-working royal was dubbed an “absolute legend” as her dedication to her royal duties continued to attract praise from fans who compared her work ethic to that of her mother, the Queen.
