Is Sharon Osbourne planning to tell her side of the story? For the first time since her explosive exit from The Talk, the TV personality will sit down for an interview, and everyone is wondering how it will all unfold.

Sharon is expected to appear on Real Time with Bill Maher on April 16. The show airs at 10pm on HBO and HBO Max. Although the contents of the episode have yet to be revealed, many are assuming Sharon will address the turbulence in the aftermath of her departure.

During a heated conversation on The Talk in March, Sharon and her now former co-host Sheryl Underwood debated whether or not Piers Morgan—a longtime friend of Sharon's— made racist remarks about Megan Markle. This not only caused a nasty feud between the two but ultimately Sharon's departure and a slew of allegations insisting Sharon had been verbally belittling her costars for years.

Coincidentally, this is also the first week The Talk aired a new episode following the hiatus caused by the on-air argument. During the April 12 episode, the remaining hosts took the time to cleanse and switch gears by focusing on inclusion, healing, and moving forward. There were even appearances from justice expert Dr. Donald E. Grant and life coach Dr. Anita Phillips.

Meanwhile, Sheryl decided to take the opportunity to address what was going on between her and Sharon. Although Sharon insisted she has apologized—and done so publicly on social media—Sheryl initially said she hadn't heard from her. On the April 12 episode, Sheryl said she allegedly made those remarks because an investigation from CBS was underway, and she was unsure whether or not she was permitted to speak about the incident.

As for what's next—that remains to be seen.

"People have asked me, 'Well, if you see Sharon, what would you do?" Sheryl said. "If she greeted me warmly and sincerely, I would give her back the same because we've been on this show for 10 years."

Will Sharon have a different take on Real Time? We'll soon find out.
