Bio Organic Prosecco, Veneto, Italy

For the organic wine fans

Specifications
Stockist: Northern Wine & Beer
Volume: 750ml
Weight: £12.50

A great prosecco! The label says extra dry and it definitely is. It's a grown-up prosecco and not sweet like some of the supermarket varieties people might be used to and although it's organic, it isn't sulphite free. It's 11% but feels more alcoholic for some reason. A lovely way to toast Easter.

It's best served with fish or chicken so use it to make a toast to the long Easter weekend, or as an aperitif.
