Kate Middleton's favorite Missoma earrings were seen on the Duchess back in May 2021, when she paid a visit to five year-old Mila Sneddon, a little girl undergoing leukaemia treatment who featured in a photo taken for Kate's Hold Still lockdown photography project. 

Kate teamed the pretty pink and gold earrings with a flowing pink dress from Me+Em, having promised Mila that she would wear a pink princess dress for the special visit.

"I have to make sure I go and try to find myself a pink dress," Kate told Mila on the phone, after she asked if she was wearing a princess dress. 

"Hopefully, when one day, hopefully, Mila, we'll get to meet, and then I'll remember to wear my pink dress for you," Kate added, making sure she kept her promise for the big meeting with Mila.
