If you can't remember the last time you felt excited at the prospect of getting ready for the gym, the Ganni x Lululemon collaboration is here to change that. Launched today, the 22-piece collection, which is inspired by the 1980s, is fun, elevated, and fashion-forward. So much so, it's perfect for going from workout sessions to coffee dates with friends.

Lululemon is already a go-to brand for the best workout leggings as well as all sorts of sporty fashion finds with a focus on performance, flattering fits and stylish athleisure wear, and Ganni is renowned for its signature Scandinavian style. You might recognise Ganni best by its bold prints (notably leopard), bright colours and playful design details such as ruffles, oversized collars and puff sleeves.

This collaboration combines both strengths of each brand, and although neither is new to collaborations, this one feels particularly exciting, merging function with playful fashion details. It's full of pieces that will take you from a sunrise fitness class to running errands. Personal favourites of mine include the leopard print leggings, the wool-blend bolero and the grey soft pullover.

Our woman&home Health Editor Grace Walsh says. "I love this leopard print, 80s-inspired collection. In it, you'll find the same performance, sweat-friendly fabrics as Lululemon has in their best workout leggings, tops, and jackets, just with a more stylish edge."

"If I were to invest in one piece, it would be the Define Ruffle-Trim jacket, with its stylish cropped fit, versatile two-way zip, and breathable materials; it's a great investment for anything from a casual walk to a dance workout."
