Sweaty Betty has a secret sale on - I've found up to 61% off Power leggings and 50% off coats
The brand says they've got 25% off (almost) everything, but I've found loads at half price or more in the Sweaty Betty sale
At points this summer, even the thought of wrestling on a sports bra has been enough to keep me away from the gym. I'm finally looking forward to exercise making a workout feel hard, not the heat.
One of my favourite ways to get back in the swing of things is to spruce up my workout wardrobe, even with just a small accessory. That's how I found my way to the Sweaty Betty website this weekend, where there's a 25% off sale. After a little digging, however, I found deals on favourites like workout leggings, coats, tops, and accessories for more like 50% or 60% off.
As a long-time fan of the brand, I've been buying from Sweaty Betty for over 15 years. Here are my favourites with the biggest discounts...
Sweaty Betty sale
Sweaty Betty Sale: Leggings + Shorts
Stretchy, comfortable, and complete with a drawstring in the waistband and three pockets, few other leggings tick the boxes for all workouts like the Sweaty Betty Power leggings - and this 61% saving is the best I've seen all year!
You can get a pair of full-length Sweaty Betty Power leggings for an impressive 50% off in the sale as well, thanks to the discount on this collection. Same leggings, complete with support, pockets, and a drawcord, just with a different pattern.
The regular Sweaty Betty Power leggings, either 7/8 or full length, are also on sale with the standard 25% discount in various colours, from neutrals like black and blue to bright shades.
Come winter, you'll find me living in these Therma Boost leggings. I bought my first pair a few years ago for cold-weather workouts and have bought two more since then. The insides have a light fleece-like lining that keeps you warm while still wicking away sweat.
Available in 30- or 32-inch inseam, these wide-leg leggings are for Pilates, yoga, stretching, or everyday wear. The high waistband and flowing legs keep you comfortable, and I do not doubt that the brighter patterns available would be a real mood booster as the weather changes.
Another one of my favourite things? Saving on workout kit, especially out of season. For example, I'm going to pay under £50 for a new pair of my favourite Sweaty Betty 9" running shorts now and reap the benefits come summer next year, when everyone else will be scrabbling to pay full price in the inevitable heatwave.
Sweaty Betty sale: Coats + jackets
A light gilet makes for the perfect layer on a walk as the seasons shift. Light enough that you don't sweat if the sun comes out, but protective against an unexpected chill. Now an unexpected half off with all sizes available.
Whether you're a cyclist, runner, or hiker, a good windproof jacket is an essential, whatever the season. This stunning ombre design and reflective piping keep you visible; the cinched hood and breathable back panel keep you comfortable.
Hydration vests have come out of professional runners' closets and into the mainstream this summer! Whether you jog on your lunch breaks or are training for a marathon next year, the Specialised Women's Run Vest can keep your keys safe and water bottles within mouth's reach.
Designed for everyday wear, this Parka jacket is a classic, stylish winter coat. It has the Sweaty Betty spin, though, so you'll see it's also water-resistant, breathable, and quick-drying.
There should be a waterproof jacket in every runner, cyclist, and hiker's wardrobe. This one has a flattering cinched waist, multiple pockets for essentials, breathability, and reflective details for safe evening workouts.
Sweaty Betty sale: Workout tops + sports bras
It's rare to see a sports bra for larger busts on the high street, but Sweaty Betty does it with the All Train Sports Bra, which goes up to an F-cup. It has a cross-body design and a breathable panel at the back to keep you comfortable, whatever workout you do. All sizes available.
The Athlete Seamless Gym Long Sleeve is one of my favourite workout tops ever. It's so unexpectedly comfortable and lightweight. What's even more surprising is that the black colourway is on sale - down to just £41.
Lightweight and breathable, this tank is the first layer in an autumnal running outfit - or the first layer if you believe the rumours about another heatwave! Now 50% off and under £20, the bright orange will also keep you visible outdoors.
There's 60% off one of the best sports bras! The Sweaty Betty Medium Support Power Bra is great for Pilates, walking, and cycling workouts, holding from both the top and bottom for supreme support. Only available in Small, Medium, and Large at time of writing.
Now under £20, this vest top has a zip at the back to help with easy removal post-workout. While you're in it, it will support and cover you with sweat-wicking and quick-drying, stretchy fabric.
Merino wool has luxuriously soft fibres, excellent natural temperature regulation, and odour resistance, making it a great material for a running top - like this one! The bright purple makes for a refreshing break in an all-black workout wardrobe, too.
Sweaty Betty sale: Accessories
A pair of new gym socks can be all it takes to revive your motivation. This set are ankle length, super soft, and under £20 in the sale, down from £25.
Calling all Pilates lovers! This duo of grippy socks, great for Reformer and mat workouts alike, is in the season's favourite colour - chocolate brown. Also on sale for less than £20!
Got an autumn getaway on your mind? This padded weekend bag has the capacity to carry everything you need and a separate bottom zipped compartment to store clothes that are going straight in the wash when you get home.
