Duchess Camilla and Prince Charles took their first mask-free trip to Devon where they toured the Exeter Cathedral. To mark the occasion, Camilla chose to step out in her favorite feather-printed dress. She’s such a fan of this look, that it’s actually the third time she’s worn it, showing her efforts to encourage sustainable fashion practices.
Just like First Lady Dr. Jill Biden and Kate Middleton, Duchess Camilla is also keen on rewearing her outfits. It’s clear that she considers it one of her best summer dresses of the season since it's the third time she's worn it in just three months. Designed by Fiona Claire, the dress features a mixed-feather print and is made from chiffon material.
While touring the cathedral, Duchess Camilla made the dress the statement piece of her look, opting to pair it with a pair of nude flats and simple gold jewelry.
During the tour, Camilla broke away from Prince Charles to talk with guests, including English author Michael Morpurgo (best known for his children’s novel War Horse).
Previously, during her visit to Griffin Primary School, Nine Elms, to open the new Life-changing library Camilla also chose her beloved feather print dress. For this occasion she also paired the dress with nude shoes, but rather than sport flats she chose to wear nude heels. She even layered it with a classic tan Burberry trench coat to give it a more sophisticated edge.
And initially, she debuted this look during her annual hospital visit as part of Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity back in May.
The standout dress seems to have become her go-to casual look for public appearances and we can see why, it suits Camilla perfectly.
Since the dress has a busy pattern it can make styling tricky but Camilla has proven that it's versatile enough to wear not just once, but three times.
