Facegym skincare is finally here and promises a lifted, more toned complexion whatever your skin type
Just what we’ve been waiting for...
Facegym, the brand that brought us the “workout for your face” has launched a skincare line to be used in conjunction with their legendary facial tutorials to help tone and tighten the 40+ forgotten muscles in your face.
Using massage techniques to boost collagen, stimulate blood circulation and increase cell renewal, the facial workouts at Facegym promise to go one step further when joined by the brand's first foray into skincare.
The four products in the high-performance range include Supreme Restructure—a firming collagen cream that can be used alongside your best eye cream to improve radiance, wrinkle depth and elasticity. There's also an energizing and brightening fragrance-free gel cleanser called Electro-Lite to help kick-start your regime with ingredients including red clover extract to help shrink pores and hydroclay to refine the skin's texture.
SUPREME RESTRUCTURE, $120 (£95) | FACEGYM
This rich moisturizing cream contains fresh-water microalgae to help balance the skin and prevent the aging effects of fine lines and wrinkles.
ELECTRO-LITE, $38 (£32) | FACEGYM
Massage a small amount into damp skin and rinse with water, suitable for mornings and evenings. The gel formula has an optimal PH level of 5.5.
As well as the cleanser and moisturizer there are Facegym’s new serums, which seem the most exciting of the four launches. The first, named Hydro-Bound is said to help give skin a serious bounce and glow, mostly down to the inclusion of Hyaluronic Acid which is said to help boost elasticity and reduce the look of fine lines.
HYDRO-BOUND,$68 (£60) | FACEGYM
After cleansing apply a few drops of Hydro-Bound and tap gently into skin until fully absorbed, following with moisturizer.
The second serum in the collection—Youth Reformer—contains Vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. The highly potent serum calms skin and reduces redness as well as helping to strengthen the skin's barrier.
YOUTH REFORMER$98 (£80) | FACEGYM
A skin-calming, nutrient-rich serum that aims to reduce fine lines and wrinkles with its potent blend of Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid.
All four products feature ‘tech-enabled’ packaging, meaning you simply scan the QR code on the label to be given a full lesson on how to fully optimize your skincare application, each video tutorial helping to lift, tone and sculpt your skin.
Even better, the packaging has been created consciously with glass serum bottles, refill pots made from 100% ocean plastic and refillable jars made from aluminium, which is readily recyclable.
