A lover of all things fitness, health, wellbeing nutrition and beauty. As well as being Editor of Feel Good You magazine, I am also Health Editor for Woman & Home, Woman, Woman's Own, Woman's Weekly and Chat. Previously I have worked on Now and Look magazine as well as other women's monthly glossy titles. Out of office hours, I am a pre and post-natal trained PT, teaching at London-based studio, Digme. For me, exercise is a pivotal part of my day - you'll catch me at the gym every morning. I also love a geeky nutrition documentary while munching through a bowl of sardines and veg (my cooking skills let me down slightly...). Granola and nut butter is my weakness, as is a large glass of red (with ice, thanks).
