Lady Kitty Spencer, the niece of Princess Diana, has married her billionaire boyfriend Micheal Lewis, in Rome.
- The daughter of Charles Spencer, Princess Diana's brother, Kitty wore a lavish Dolce and Gabbana dress for the ceremony.
- They married in Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati—a country mansion in Rome, Italy.
- In more royal news, Sarah Ferguson has spoken about the Harry and Meghan interview.
The 30-year-old model married the billionaire businessman, 62, in an Italian villa, with friends and family watching on. Her stunning dress, by Dolce & Gabbana, was a high-necked lace gown with a bodice, puff sleeves and a full skirt.
The cousin of Prince Harry and William also wore her hair in a bun with a long veil, but didn't wear the Spencer tiara, a headpiece of diamonds in a floral design that Princess Diana wore for her wedding.

Dolce & Gabbana, who the model is a brand ambassador for, also created four other stunning dresses for the brides—including a cream floral design. The fashion house released a video of the new bride trying the dresses on, via their Instagram page, alongside a message that said: "For this unique event, #DolceGabbana created a number of exclusive hand-made gowns, each celebrating the beauty of the bride, the passion for #AltaModa and the absolute joy of the occasion."
It's not known if her father was present at the wedding and instead her brothers Louis Spencer, Viscount Althorp and Samuel Aitken walked her down the aisle.
Kitty and Micheal also welcomed guests including her sisters Eliza and Amelia—along with celebrities including Pixie Lott and her model boyfriend Oliver Cheshire, Idris Elba's wife Sabrina and Made In Chelsea star Mark Vandelli.

Lady Kitty remained fairly unknown until she was a guest at her cousin Prince Harry’s wedding in 2018. Lady Kitty wore an emerald green Dolce and Gabbana Alta Moda gown with a matching fascinator and velvet orange heels. This outfit caught the attention of the world and the young royal was thrust into the limelight.
Her Instagram following leapt from 37,000 to an enormous half a million followers. Lady Kitty told Town and Country, “I woke up the next day and looked at my phone and thought, ‘Whoops, did I take someone else’s by mistake?’” she said. “It was very weird, and a little bit overwhelming.”
