Nadia Sawalha is one of the most open and honest women out there, and her latest Instagram post was just the type of thing we've come to love her for.
The Loose Women star is never one to shy away from the realities of every day life, particularly when it comes to appearance and personal matters.
So when she posted a candid Instagram after appearing on her ITV show yesterday, we couldn't wait to see what she had to say.
And it turns out, Nadia was giving her fans an honest look at her natural hair, before being glammed up for TV.
Sharing an hilarious photo of herself pulling a funny face, with her hair in disarray, she wrote, 'Now THATS a bad hair day ! For anyone who saw me on @loosewomen today .. this is what I looked like two hours before we went LIVE !! Ha ha ha !
'I had left my roots for three months and they were totally white !! Seriously thinking of letting it go fully white !! Will you ever stop dying your hair ? Could you go fully grey ?? #gogrey #greyhair #badhairday #greyhairdontcare #greyhaircolor #lookingrough #reallife #reallife #loosewomen'.
It was of course a transformation from her on-screen look, which saw her sport a chic bronzy brown hair do.
Nadia's followers loved her candid message, with plenty saying they liked that she showed the real side of life as well as the glamorous parts.
One commented on her post, saying, 'Love the way you show your warts an all 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣x', as another of her followers wrote, 'This photo is bloody fabulous! 👏❤️I have long curly hair and I’m fully grey. '
Others shared their experience of going grey, with some explaining to her that they'd fully embraced it. One of her fans said, 'I decided a couple of years ago to embrace my grey hair (I have dark brown hair) and see it as a positive feature. I'm 46 and I really don't think I will ever get it dyed.'
Another agreed, commenting, 'I stopped colouring my hair this year, had it chopped so hair is all natural now. I’m 42 and people are shocked at my decision, but it feels right!'
