And it turns out, Nadia was giving her fans an honest look at her natural hair, before being glammed up for TV.

Sharing an hilarious photo of herself pulling a funny face, with her hair in disarray, she wrote, 'Now THATS a bad hair day ! For anyone who saw me on @loosewomen today .. this is what I looked like two hours before we went LIVE !! Ha ha ha !

'I had left my roots for three months and they were totally white !! Seriously thinking of letting it go fully white !! Will you ever stop dying your hair ? Could you go fully grey ?? #gogrey #greyhair #badhairday #greyhairdontcare #greyhaircolor #lookingrough #reallife #reallife #loosewomen'.

It was of course a transformation from her on-screen look, which saw her sport a chic bronzy brown hair do.

Others shared their experience of going grey, with some explaining to her that they'd fully embraced it. One of her fans said, 'I decided a couple of years ago to embrace my grey hair (I have dark brown hair) and see it as a positive feature. I'm 46 and I really don't think I will ever get it dyed.'

Another agreed, commenting, 'I stopped colouring my hair this year, had it chopped so hair is all natural now. I’m 42 and people are shocked at my decision, but it feels right!'
