Carol Vorderman wows fans in a nude bikini

Carol Vorderman has shared a holiday snap of herself on social media as she unwinds in a hot tub in a nude bikini.

The caption of Carol's Instagram post read, "Left @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale Juicy Oasis so happy.....and can I say that everyone who works here, and I mean EVERYONE, has a smile on their face, they love their job and it's infectious.....my kind of place ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

The star revealed that this wellness retreat was taken ahead of her extremely busy upcoming month. She continued to say, "Refreshed now for a big month ahead.....lots of work on in all my businesses....and then hosting the wonderful 22nd @prideofbritain at the end of the month with @ashleybanjogram. I can't wait x ❤️❤️HAPPY DAYS ❤️"

The former Countdown star has often shared snaps of her trips. Only a few months ago, Carol Vorderman stunned in a neon pink wetsuit as she shared snaps of her paddleboarding retreat in Wales.

Fans loved Carol's post and many took to the comment section to compliment the star. "Stunner you're an 11/10 Carol," commented one fan.

Another said, "Think you have just broken the internet with this photo you looking amazing."

While a third commented that the star's make-up-free selfie highlighted one of her best features, "Your skin looks so good..." they said.

The star also revealed that while on holiday she had received a cryotherapy treatment. This treatment involves stripping down to almost nothing and entering a freezing chamber. The treatment has been linked to a variety of different health benefits but Carol claimed that her session was to aid her, 'healing and health.'

The star shared on Instagram, "CRYO....COOOOLLDDDD....in a bikini and furry boots and thermal gloves...got it down to MINUS 196C today.....omg three minutes for healing and health.....loved it actually....Stops me being a wuss 😂😂😂😂"

In the images Carol shared of her cryotherapy appointment, the star wore just a black bikini, gloves and boots, as she stepped into the freezing chamber with just her head poking out of the top.

Fans were impressed with Carol's holiday activities and complimented the star for her bravery.
