Rose Fooks is Deputy Food Editor at Future plc, where she creates recipes, writes food features, and reviews foodie appliances and culinary delights across the lifestyle and homes portfolio, including woman&home and Woman’s Weekly. Alongside her role at Future, Rose has collaborated as editor of the sell-out Ultimate Air Fryer Cookbook, as well as four air fryer recipe bookazines. Keen to capitalise on her air fryer expertise, she has also authored multiple air fryer reviews for womanandhome.com.

Rose has over six years’ experience in the magazine industry. Before moving into journalism, she honed her skills in restaurant kitchens and cooked for a catering company that supplied events using surplus food. She is a professionally trained pastry chef, having studied at Le Cordon Bleu, where she was awarded a Diplôme de Pâtisserie and Culinary Management. Food is Rose’s love language, a trait inherited from her Austrian grandmother and mother, who passed down their kitchen knowledge and expertise — something Rose is now keen to share herself.
