Ingredients

  • 750g (1lb 10oz) button sprouts (peeled if necessary)
  • 125g (4½oz) pancetta cubetti
  • zest of one lemon
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 25g (1oz) butter
  • 30g (1¼oz) toasted pine nuts

Method

  • Steam sprouts for about 10 minutes until tender.  Meanwhile, fry pancetta cubetti until crispy. Add the zest of a lemon and a squeeze of juice, butter and toasted pine nuts and toss all together with lots of black pepper.
