Taken from Deepak Chopra's latest health manual, What Are You Hungry For? (Rider; £12.99)
- 900 g (2 lbs) fresh spinach, washed and stemmed
- 100 g (4 oz) honey-glazed walnuts (see the recipe that follows)
- 100 g (4 oz) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 75 g (2½ oz) currants
- 3 tablespoons poppy see d dressing (see the recipe that follows)
Toss all of the ingredients together and arrange on chilled plates.
