- 200g popping corn
- 1tbsp coconut oil
- 1tbsp coconut sugar
- 1tsp sea salt
To make this delicious coconut popcorn snack, gently heat 1tbsp coocnut oil in a large frying pan.
Add 200g popping corn and shake over a low heat until all the corn has popped.
Remove from the heat and add 1tbsp coconut sugar and 1tsp sea salt.
