Princess Beatrice terrified as horse pulling her carriage gets spooked and tries to bolt
Princess Beatrice was terrified at the weekend as a horse pulling her royal carriage went wild and pulled them off course

Princess Beatrice was terrified as a horse pulling her royal carriage went wild and photographers snapped the moment the Princess and her husband were put in danger.
- Princess Beatrice has been among the many royals attending Ascot over the past week.
- Although the royals seem to have been having a fantastic time, the Princess and her husband were caught in a scary moment at the races.
- In other royal news, Buckingham Palace bullying investigation described as 'calculated smear campaign' against Meghan Markle has been 'buried'.
Videos and photos of Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, at the Royal Ascot have emerged. In the video it is clear that the Royal couple was frightened as the horse-drawn carriage they arrived in ran into trouble.
One of the horses pulling the carriage became agitated and started to buck and veer off course. The horse was attached to three other horses that were also attached to the carriage, so this became an issue quickly as the horse continued to lurch around.
The groom on top of the horse and other horse handlers tried to control the situation but it took some time for the horse to truly calm down and get back on the path.
This was an issue for the Princess and her husband who were still inside the carriage and just had to wait for the horse to calm down before they could alight. Princess Beatrice looked particularly scared and images show that she was gripping onto the side of the carriage as she was jostled around in her seat.
The agitated horse was unclipped, and as soon as it was safe to do so, the Princess carefully left the carriage. Also in the carriage were Professor Douglas Antczak and Mrs. Douglas Antczak, the pair also seemed frightened but still managed to crack some smiles in photos taken after the scary event.
This event took place on Saturday, June 18, which was a pitfall in an otherwise lovely week enjoyed by many royals. Members of the extended royal family have been spotted at the races on and off for the past week. Camilla Parker Bowles wore a 'beautifully elegant' white dress for Royal Ascot and fans praised the Duchess for still looking chic despite the hot weather.
