There's just a couple of weeks now until Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, welcome their first baby, with the Duchess thought to be due at the end of April.

And it looks like the royal couple are keen to get in some quality time together before their new arrival gets here, as they enjoyed a secret date night over the weekend.

It was confirmed yesterday that on Saturday night, the Duke and Duchess headed for a night at the Aldwych Theatre, taking in a production of Tina the Musical, about the life and works of Tina Turner.

On their Twitter account on Friday, the musical revealed, 'We were thrilled and honoured to welcome The Duke and Duchess of Sussex to the show last night. #TinaTheMusical'.

Harry and Meghan somehow managed to attend the evening undetected, likely sporting hats and sunglasses in order to disguise themselves from fans.

There are no photos of the pair leaving or arriving at the event, meaning they were probably snuck in and out before the general audience.

It seems that an evening out at the theatre is a popular pasttime for the royal couple. Back when Prince Harry and Meghan were still dating, as they were spotted enjoying the production Peter Pan Goes Wrong at the Apollo Theatre, before heading to pick out a Christmas tree for their first festive season as a couple.

They've also been to see the smash hit musical Hamilton twice before - once privately on another London date night, and another time in an official capacity, as the performance was held for Harry's charity Sentebale.

The Duke and Duchess met with members of the Tina the Musical cast at the Royal Albert Hall after the Royal Variety Performance back in December last year - so perhaps they were persuaded to make their secret trip?

We're glad Meghan and Harry are getting in some relaxing before baby Sussex arrives!
