Meghan Markle reveals cute detail about baby Archie
The Duke and Duchess gave an insight into family life during podcast appearance

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry took part in their first ever joint podcast to mark World Mental Health Day on Saturday.
The Duke and Duchess spoke about their mental health struggles with Meghan opening up about the realities of being ‘the most trolled person in the world’.
During the Teenager Therapy podcast with hosts Gael, Kayla and Thomas, the recording is interrupted by a noise outside as the couple discuss the stresses of COVID-19 on busy parents.

‘Do you want me to hold for that sound’, asked Meghan and she stopped and laughed.
‘I can make bird noises if you want’ Harry then added.
Meghan can then be heard saying ‘He loves birds. Archie loves birds’.
Giving a rare insight into their family life, the pair shared their coping strategies for dealing with mental health issues, such as journaling and meditation.
‘You have to find certain things that work for you. For me, I think journaling is a really powerful thing. It allows me to reflect on where I've come from. With that comes a lot of perspective. When you look back on something, it doesn't seem that big,’ said Meghan.
Harry added, ‘For me meditation is key, I never thought I'd be the person to do that. The importance of creating a moment and taking that time in your day to just take a breath, that builds up a certain amount of resilience."
Meghan agreed, ‘He's very dedicated’.

The Teenager Therapy podcast normally features conversations with five students from Loara High School in the Orange County city of Anaheim, California. In its bio, it describes itself as ‘Five stressed, sleep deprived, yet energetic teens sit down and talk about the struggles that come with being a teenager.’
Mental health has been a focus of Harry and Meghan’s for a while with Harry first speaking about his own struggles on Bryony Gordon’s podcast ‘Mad World’ back in 2017.
