Sophie, who is best friends with Stacey Solomon, went on to say she has "no words" to explain how blessed she is feeling after the safe arrival of her second child.
"I have absolutely no words to explain how I’m feeling right now guys but what I do know is that our hearts are so full," she gushed. "We are so very grateful and SO in love. Let the Adventures of Ron, Len & Hen begin.
"Thank you so so much for all of your beautiful well wishes and messages checking in on us. Your support and love means the world. Lots of love to every single one of you xxxx Jamie, your boys and I love you millions."

Having suffered complications during her first pregnancy - including pains in her back and groin which eventually caused her to be hospitalised - Mrs Hinch was apprehensive about pregnancy.
But thankfully this time round progressed far smoother.
“With Ron it almost got to the point where I was in hospital more than I wasn’t,” she told Fabulous magazine.
“So I’m just so grateful for a pregnancy that I’m quite enjoying, instead of being in a lot of pain and worrying all the time.
“Obviously I’m worrying about different things, like covid and the vibe is very different this time understandably, but generally I can’t complain one little bit.”
