Britney Spears shares photo of her wedding veil and fans are delighted

This past weekend, Britney Spears gave her fans a peek at her upcoming wedding veil. The star posted a photo of her new cat Meow sitting on the white accessory—and fans are so excited for her.

Britney previously revealed on social media that her wedding dress was going to be a custom-made Versace gown, but the iconic artist has since then deleted the post.

Interestingly enough, about six weeks ago, Britney posted a series of photos alongside Sam and Donatella Versace at her own house. "Look who came to visit … these 2 bad bitches are up to no good 💕🌹🌹 …," Britney captioned the photos. Donatella commented on the post, "Yessssss!!!! Definitely up to noooooo good! 😈😉 love you both 😘."

In her newest upload, the pop star, who last month confirmed that she is currently pregnant, welcomes a new kitten to the family. "Introducing Wendy 🐈 !!! It’s MEOW time boys and girls 😬," she captioned the picture. "And yes, this is the veil to my wedding dress 👰🏼‍♀️ !!!"

But there is even more exciting news: Sam took to social media to wish Britney a happy Mother’s Day this weekend—and to confirm that the couple has set a date for the wedding. 

"Our lives [have] been a real life fairytale,” he wrote on his Instagram Story over a photo of the two kissing while Britney flashes her engagement ring to the camera. "Happy Mother’s Day to you my soon to be queen." 

He went on writing, "Also the big day has been set! But nobody will know until the day after."

Wedding details are probably one of the many things that he pop star will discuss in her forthcoming, first-ever tell-all memoir—a fact that she acknowledged on her Instagram Story this weekend. 

"The secrets I'd had to hold the past 15 years I will say are honestly paralyzing. Imagine being told your whole like to be [quiet]," she wrote on the platform. "I had so many complaints I wanted to share and bring up only to be told to keep shut... but wait isn't that what a woman of intellect is supposed to do?!? Speak up, rise to the occasion make people think." She finished off saying, ""My book comes out the end of this year... Once it's released not sure whats gonna happen folks!!!"

We, of course, can’t wait to see what happens.
