Thinking about buying the Eaziglide Neverstick3 Professional Non-Stick Lidded Saucepan Set? It's a good choice. Eaziglide claim to have revolutionised the non-stick market with their pans’ unique titanium-reinforced surface, which they say is seven times tougher than other non-stick products (although notably they don’t say ‘all’ other non-stick products). If you’ve already got one of the best portable induction hobs and are looking for the best induction pans, this set is induction ready, thanks to the multi-layer makeup of the pan bodies. Despite that, this doesn’t make these pans a shoe-in for our top recommendations.
While Eaziglide makes various pots and pans, we tested the 3-piece Eaziglide Neverstick3 Professional Non-Stick Lidded Saucepan Set, which comes with three versatile pans with base sizes between 16-20cm. As you might expect, the brand continues to improve its offering; this is the third iteration of these unique pans, whose latest developments take in the aesthetics as well as tweaks and improvements to the non-stick coating. Eaziglide’s traditional speckled black-and-white design has been replaced with a grey hard-anodised finish, which provides the pans with a sleek, contemporary feel. Being both dishwasher- and oven-safe, these pans are practical and functional, too. We think their combined attributes make these pans a good starter set.
The Eaziglide Neverstick3 Professional Non-Stick Lidded Saucepan Set sits around the middle of the price point in this sector. Although they’re not cheap, for a three-piece starter set they offer reasonable value for money and, with a lifetime guarantee, there’s a good level of cover from the company should you encounter any little niggles along the way. We haven’t often seen offers on the Eaziglide pans but, as ever, it’s worth keeping an eye out for big savings days like Black Friday or Boxing Day, to see if you can snap up a bargain.

After testing the Eaziglide pans in our own kitchens to see how they performed under pressure, we were reasonably impressed overall. We did, however, experience a few hiccups with the pans.
To test out the non-stick claims, we gave the pieces a tough time with caramels and sauces, and were pleasantly surprised that – even when faced with sticky molten sugar – the pans performed well; the mixture moved easily around the pan, and poured straight into a bowl without leaving any remnants. In other tests, where we made simple everyday dishes such as mashed potato, we found the ‘eazipour’ straining lids to be effective, negating the need for a colander. One major drawback we encountered was that the pans took longer to come to temperature on induction hobs, which is the opposite of most other competitors.
Eaziglide Neverstick3 Professional Non-Stick Lidded Saucepan Set
We put our pan set through a handful of dishwasher cycles and didn’t see any notable damage, which we were pleasantly surprised by, as non-stick pans aren’t always the most hard-wearing when not washed by hand. Despite our successful testing, we have read conflicting reviews elsewhere that state that over time some of the coating can begin to lift. Without knowing the conditions in which the pans were used though, it’s tricky to tell if the fault was with the product or the consumers. The handles, riveted from die-cast stainless steel that shouldn’t loosen much over time, also felt really secure.
Overall we were cautiously impressed with the pans – only swayed by other user reviews in terms of longevity of performance – and felt they were solid contenders for a reliable everyday set of pans.
The exteriors on the Eaziglide Neverstick3 pans are a lovely brushed dark grey, made from a hard-anodised material. This sleek look has a modern edge but is plain enough that the pans would look good in both contemporary and classic kitchens. We also liked the glass lids and ergonomic handles, but thought the large branding across the top of each was a little off-putting.
The main body of the Eaziglide Neverstick3 Professional Non-Stick Lidded Saucepan Set is made from coated aviation-grade anodised aluminium, while the handles are made from stainless steel and the lids from glass.
Eaziglide Neverstick3 pans come with a lifetime guarantee, which also covers the non-stick coating should this begin to peel or flake within the agreed usage constraints. Don’t forget to register your pans with Eaziglide once you receive them, to ensure the guarantee is put in place.
Each of the pans (including the lids) is oven-safe up to 260C. This means the set is ideal for cooking recipes such as stews, where you might want to start them off on the hob before slow-cooking in the oven.
Yes, the Eaziglide pans are dishwasher safe, although the brand recommends washing by hand, which could be off-putting for busy households. However, thanks to the non-stick coating we did find food wiped off easily, so it wasn’t a laborious task.
Summing up… the Eaziglide Neverstick3 pans
These pans definitely make all kinds of recipes that little bit easier thanks to the unparalleled non-stick coating. The lightweight nature of the aluminium bodies ensures they’re easy to manoeuvre from hob top to oven for convenient cooking, and the straining lids means you can cut back on other kitchen kit (and reclaim some storage space). While the lightweight nature of the pans is a positive, it can mean variable heat conduction – we found some uneven cooking on things such as a bechamel sauce, indicated by uneven browning on the bottom of the pan.
We also found the time the pans took to heat up on an induction hob a drawback. Overall, the technology is impressive and the pans are easy to use, but they’re not suitable universally.
