Jasmine and Melissa’s recipes are free from grains, gluten, refined sugar and high starch and provide guidance on how to move away from a high-sugar diet and processed ingredients. Their recipes are wonderfully creative, encouraging the reader to not only try new foods but new combinations too like their avocado lime cheesecake.
