Style icon Victoria Beckham undeniably makes beautiful clothes and accessories. However, they tend to come with a very hefty price tag.
And this is unfortunately the case with these stunning sparkly Dorothy Pumps , which she debuted at her September show during New York fashion week. When we saw them, we were immediately filled with the need to own a gorgeous pair of shoes like these – the perfect statement shoe. However, retailing at £515, they are hardly within everybody’s price bracket…
So it is with great excitement that we can reveal that Marks and Spencer have created a shoe which is almost identical to VB’s gorgeous pair – for just £35!
The M&S stiletto features the same light mint glitter, but also comes in silver, if you’d rather a more neutral shade.
It would go perfectly with a plain coloured party dress, for a special occasion, or, dress it down.
Speaking to Vogue, Victoria said that she would wear the original shoe “with daywear; turn it on its head then it’s not too sweet.” Adding, “I would wear mine with jeans.”
Victoria has certainly been a very busy woman lately, showing her final show in New York, as the brand will be moving to London Fashion Week to celebrate its tenth anniversary. Combine that with rumours of a Spice Girls reunion, and juggling her family amidst David’s move to Miami, and you get one busy lady!
On the topic of the Spice Girls reunion, Victoria seemed to downplay the rumours of new music or a tour.
Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, she said, “For us, Girl Power is a strong powerful message. We want to protect the legacy and how do we pass that message on to future generations? We never said that was about touring or about creating new music, or even about the five of us together. I love spending time with the girls and we all feel the same about passing that positive message on. Never has it been more relevant and needed than now.”
We couldn’t agree more.
