Lorraine Kelly brought the sunshine to viewers of her show this morning in a punchy yellow shirtdress from Warehouse.
Complimenting her skin tone perfectly, she looked comfortable and chic in a dress from the high street brand’s spring collection.
Despite the wind and rain, the 59-year-old breakfast TV veteran paired the button-up shirt dress with her frequently worn pair of nude-pink pointed toe suede court shoes, from Whistles. The presenter paired the dress with her signature wavy blow dry and dewy, subtle makeup.
Her followers clearly loved the pick, commenting in their droves on the photo on social media.
“Brings us sunshine everyday” wrote one fan on the show’s Instagram page. Another made a cheeky play on the Scottish singer-songwriter Donovan’s 1967 jingle writing, “They call it mellow yellow”.
“Gorgeous lady & Dress” another Instagram user commented on Lorraine’s latest style find from this morning’s show, while a fourth fan wrote, “Love the colour”.
The knee length linen shirtdress, which also comes in an equally stylish rust colour, has a slim silhouette and a tie waist that makes its utility style flatteringly feminine. And although Lorraine smartened up the dress with heels, it would look equally good with flat straw sandals for a relaxed day out.

Lorraine is a known fan of Warehouse's smart, office-ready dresses and party-perfect jumpsuits, sporting a bright-green 50’s style dress from the brand in February, that again proved hugely popular with fans.
Never one to play it safe with her style, viewers are always on the lookout for what Lorraine wears next, not least because she almost always favours affordable styles that showcase the best of British high street brands, including Zara and Marks and Spencer.
