It seems as though Carole Middleton is pulling out all the stops this summer when it comes to her enviable Wimbledon wardrobe.
During her first visit to the tournament this year, she wowed in a white, broderie anglaise dress, which fashion fans were delighted to hear was available from John Lewis.
And now, the Duchess of Cambridge’s mum has done it again, for her second day of tennis.
On Wednesday, Carole, joined by husband Michael and daughter Pippa, stunned in a gorgeous leaf-print shirt dress by MaxMara.
The calf-length dress was a perfect pick for Wimbledon with it’s casual but smart look, and Carole finished it off with her favourite pair of sunglasses.
However, the dress is slightly more on the expensive side, selling for £415 on the MaxMara website. But despite that, it’s proving very popular with customers, and is already sold out in many sizes. However, the dress is still available in some sizes at John Lewis – but be quick!
So where can you find a similar dress to Carole’s second Wimbledon look?
Although there aren’t many exact copies of Carole’s dress on the high-street, there are plenty of lovely shirt dresses which look similar.
If you’re after a similar white/beige option, this super-affordable dress from Uniqlo is a great find.
It’s available for just £24.90, although given the recent hot weather, it’s selling out fast!
Another lovely option is this shirt dress from Next, on sale for just £36. It’s available in a monochrome (below), and a white colour, and is ideal for both the beach and the office.
Finally, this £80 striped shirt dress from Pepe Jeans would be perfect for summer evenings spent in the garden. The comfy, moveable fabric is brilliant for keeping you cool – but stylish – in the heat.
Carole’s daughter, and Catherine’s sister, Pippa, was also in attendence for her second day at Wimbledon on Wednesday.
Pippa, who is expecting her first child with husband James, also rocked the sophisticated but laid-back look at the tennis, wearing a lovely, belted blue Ralph Lauren shirt dress – similar to Carole’s.
She finished the stylish outfit off with a pair of black strapped wedges and a matching cross-body bag.
Rumours are flying that the next person to visit Wimbledon will be Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. Many have speculated that the Duchess will attend to cheer on her close friend Serena Williams, as she plays on centre court.
When asked whether Meghan would be attending at a recent press conference, Serena coyly replied with a smile, “Stay tuned. Stay tuned for the next episode.”
