Raspberry, banana and yogurt smoothie recipe

Any natural yogurt tastes good in a smoothie, but try one made with sheep or goat’s milk for a subtly different flavour

Ingredients

  • 225g (8oz) raspberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 450ml (15fl oz) natural yogurt
  • 450ml (15 fl oz) cold water

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz until smooth. Serve chilled.
