Any natural yogurt tastes good in a smoothie, but try one made with sheep or goat’s milk for a subtly different flavour
Ingredients
- 225g (8oz) raspberries
- 1 large banana
- 450ml (15fl oz) natural yogurt
- 450ml (15 fl oz) cold water
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz until smooth. Serve chilled.
