Stir-Fried Greens

This traditional British recipe calls for a mix of spring greens, tenderstem broccoli and spinach.

Steam until just tender, then stir-fry in a little oil and season to taste.

Scatter over toasted sesame seeds and drizzle with some balsamic glaze to serve.
