Day 29 – plan for tomorrow

Tomorrow plan to get up early enough to have breakfast about two hours before you start your walk. Maybe some cereal, toast and juice. Again, the don’t eat anything unusual rule applies, for obvious reasons!

Get to bed early and don’t forget that relaxing bath!
