Day 25 – take a bank holiday break

Yes it's a bank holiday so spoil yourself with a little rest or maybe a gentle walk. Then check that everything’s in good order for your walk.

Pack a change of clothes for after the walk and make them warm. You cool down fast after a long walk and you’ll need to keep cosy even if it’s summer!
