Prince Harry and Meghan Markle share sweet message to Prince George on his sixth birthday

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared the sweetest message to Prince George in honour of his sixth birthday today.

A series of tributes to the future King were shared on the Kensington Royal Instagram account and Meghan and Harry made sure to pen a touching comment beneath the uploads.

In the three snaps of George taken by his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, His Royal Highness can be seen flashing a huge toothy grin at the camera while sporting a white England football jersey.

In another, the little prince can be seen with ruffled hair and wearing a casual green polo and shorts combination.

The trio of photographs are sweetly captioned: ‘🎂 Happy Birthday Prince George!

‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share new photographs of Prince George to mark His Royal Highness's sixth birthday.

Below the post, an adorable comment from Meghan and Harry’s account, Sussex Royal, read: ‘Happy Birthday 🎂🎈! Wishing you a very special day and lots of love!’

Of course, plenty more Instagram users were quick to send more well wishes to George, with one writing: ‘Happy 6th Birthday Prince George! 😊 Such a handsome young man. ❤🎂🎉🎈,’ and another adding: ‘cute! handsome..sooooo genuine laugh and smile ..William and Kate Combination, this family is our most watch and most favorite royal couple, being simple, family oriented, classy, smart yet down to earth.’

Meanwhile, a third praised Duchess Catherine on her photography skills, saying: ‘These natural photos by the duchess are so wonderful - he looks so happy!!’
