Harry Potter writer J.K. Rowling has given fans a sneak peek inside her magical home.

Like all of us the world famous writer has been stuck inside her house during the coronavirus quarantine – and it seems like she’s decided to use the time to her advantage.

Cooped up at home with her imagination and what looks like hundreds of books for company, the creative genius used her wizardry skills to come up with the absolute dream of home libraries.

Sharing a rare glimpse into her bright and airy library, which definitely sits at the opposite end of the spectrum to the author’s Hogwarts creation, J.K. Rowling (whose real name is Joanne) revealed that she had used her quarantine time to colour-code her bookshelves.

The video show’s the writer’s six long built-in bookcases, each that is filled with dozens of different-coloured books – from blacks and browns to red and oranges, yellows, greens, blues and whites.

And we’re loving the soft mint hue of the room’s bookcases, along with the apt literary quote painted in gold that runs along the top of the shelves.
