The Duke of Sussex has opened up about his thoughts on hit Netflix show The Crown – and his opinion may surprise you.
- Prince Harry was recently interviewed by James Corden for The Late Late Show
- The Duke of Sussex discussed his opinion in hit Netflix show, The Crown, which dramatizes the life of the Queen and her family
- In other royal news, the Queen is reportedly 'distraught' over Prince Philip's recent health setback
The comments came during an interview with James Corden on The Late Late Show, during which they rode around Hollywood on an open top bus and enjoyed afternoon tea.
Fans will remember that the chat show host and his wife, Julia Carey, attended Meghan and Harry's wedding in May 2018, so it's not too surprising that the royal agreed to the interview.
During the interview Corden wasted no time in asking the prince, "And how do you feel about The Crown?"
"They don't pretend to be news, it's fictional but it's loosely based on the truth, of course it's not strictly accurate," Harry responded. "It gives you a rough idea about what that lifestyle and what the pressures of putting duty and service above family and everything else and what can come from that."
The Crown is a dramatised version of the life of the Queen and her family through the decades, available on Netflix – but will end before the Harry and Meghan era. The Sussexes recently signed a deal with the streaming service to the tune of $112 million.
"I'm way more comfortable with The Crown than I am seeing the stories written about my family and my wife or myself," Harry continued.

"Because there's the difference between what is obviously fiction, take it how you will, but this is being reported on as fact because you’re supposedly news. I have a real issue with that."
Well, that's that!
