The $39 Diptyque scent that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle used to fragrance their wedding day
There's a reason Diptyque is so popular!

- The $39 (£27) candle fragrance that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle used to scent their wedding day has been revealed.
- The couple opted for a scent from French perfume house Diptyque in St George's Chapel on their big day in 2016.
- In other royal news, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to name their baby girl after Prince Philip in moving tribute
Thanks to the release of Finding Freedom, a biography all about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's relationship and exit from the royal family, we've been blessed with lots of new information about the iconic royal duo.
The tell-all book, written by journalists Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, has revealed a special detail about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding day back in 2018.
The biography tells of how the happy couple's wedding day was scented by luxury fragrance brand Diptyque, with diffusers from the French perfumer being dotted around St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle where the pair tied the knot.
It's believed that the stunning scent opted for by Meghan was the gorgeous Baies, which has notes of blackcurrant leaves and Bulgarian rose and promises to "elevate the mood" and "set a sophisticated scene in every room."
While a diffuser from Diptyque would set you back $184 (£130), you can pick up the Baies candle for $39 (£27), which means you can add a touch of royal wedding magic to your home for a fairly affordable price.
If you fall in love with the famous fragrance, you can also find a larger jar of the candle for $67 (£47) or pick up a bottle of the Baies room spray for $67 (£47) so you can spritz the lavish royal scent throughout your home.
Naturally, the scent has received a lot of great reviews from loyal Diptyque customers online, so we can see why it was Prince Harry and Meghan's first choice for making their special day smell so enchanting.

"It is such a classic and luxurious scent. I always receive so many compliments when people enter my home. A little definitely goes a long way with this product, only need a few sprays and the smell fills the whole room," one says.
"Diptyque candles are my favourite scented candle and I do think they are worth the price. Baies is maybe my favourite of their scented candles, particularly for summer. It is gorgeous and light and really fills the room. Their candles have a really long burning time so they last for ages and make a lovely gift," wrote another happy Diptyque shopper.
And Baies is not the only Diptyque candle that fans are obsessed with. These are just some of their other offerings that we love too...
