The new podcast, called Archewell Audio, will release its first episode later this month. The royal couple have reportedly signed an exclusive multi-year deal with Spotify to host and produce podcasts.
Now the popular audio streaming service has released the trailer for their new venture.

Whilst the exact content of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new podcast is yet to be revealed, the exciting podcast snippet has already given listeners plenty to get excited about.
The Sussexes speak in a more informal way then we’ve heard previously, introducing themselves clearly as simply “Harry” and “Meghan”. The pair reveal how much love meeting people and hearing their stories.

They go on to describe Archewell Audio as being something to “bring forward different voices and perspectives that perhaps you haven’t heard before” and to “find our common ground”.
"Because when that happens,” Prince Harry says. “change really is possible".
The down-to-earth trailer also gives listeners a unique insight into their relationship. At the beginning Meghan can be heard encouraging Prince Harry to reveal the podcast’s name first, stating: “I think it sounds really nice with your accent”.
Meghan later light-heartedly jokes about Prince Harry, saying: "Oh! He has a podcast voice!” as the snippet ends on an adorable note.
What have Prince Harry and Meghan said about their new venture?
Change and connecting with their new audience certainly seems to be at the forefront of their new project.
According to Cosmopolitan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have revealed in a statement about the new show that what they love about podcasting is the way it “reminds all of us to take a moment and to really listen, to connect to one another without distraction”.
This is echoed in the name of the podcast, Archewell Audio, which sits as part of their wider charitable organisation, Archewell.
It has been reported that the organisation aims to create volunteering services and share educational resources via films, books and podcasts. The website launched in October.
When will episode 1 of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s podcast be released?
The official release date for episode 1 of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new podcast has yet to be revealed. However, it will be this month and on the trailer the couple have called it a “holiday special”.
They have spoken about how they will be speaking to people who will share their memories that have helped shape this difficult year.
With Christmas only just over a week away now, it seems likely that we’ll be able to enjoy the full episode on or around Christmas Day.
