Is Jack the father of Mel's baby?
Season 4 finally revealed the father of Mel's baby. It was revealed that Jack was the father of her child and not her late husband via frozen embryo. The pair got engaged before finding out the paternity which showed that regardless of the baby's parentage, Jack was ready to become a father to her child whether it was his biologically or not.
However, Jack is NOT the father of Charmaine's twins. Charmaine confessed that she had lied to Jack and Mel and in fact, Jack was not the father of her babies. This cliffhanger was left as the season concluded and it was not confirmed who the father is.
Fans suspect that Todd is the most probable father, but we will have to wait until Virgin River season 5 - which has been given the green light by Netflix - to find out more.
