Marks & Spencer has always been one of our go-to shopping destinations - and at the moment, the high-street store is leading the way in summer fashion.
Firstly, customers went crazy for a £39.50 blue striped dress from the retailer. And recently, M&S fans have been clamouring over a stylish new release from the brand.
Marks & Spencer recently posted about a gorgeous new, limited edition animal print midi dress on their social media.
The item was released on 1st June, and is a practical steal, at just £39.50.
And in fact, it proved so popular that the stunning creation sold out within a matter of days. But never fear, as the retailer has actually launched another dress in the exact same design, but with a lovely new print on it instead.
An online-only offer, fans who missed out on the original leopard print dress can pick up the item in a new floral print, if they wish. The new offering has the exact same ruffle sleeves and black stripe down the bottom - the only difference is the cream colour and floral print.
The gorgeous alternative is also the same price as the original, at £39.50.
However, it looks as though this new dress is following suit, and is also selling out super-quickly online. At the moment, it's out of stock in many sizes - including a regular between sizes 6 and 12.
So if you want this one, you'll need to hurry!
Despite the new arrival, customers on the Marks & Spencer Instagram were openly disappointed about the original, leopard print dress selling out so quickly. Hundreds of them flocked to the Instagram post of the dress, to share their sadness over the dress no longer being available.
One wrote, 'already out of stock! 🙈'. And another also said, 'All sold out already?!?! It’s the Constellation dress all over again!😭'
But never fear, as the dress will be back in stock very soon!
Marks & Spencer confirmed to woman&home online that more stock will be available online later soon. They told us, "The Limited Edition leopard print dress has already caused a buzz on social media and has been selling well since its first drop this weekend. More stock will arrive online this week, so our customers will not miss out and are still able to get their hands on this hero Summer style." Hooray!
In the meantime, there are also plenty of other dress options available that bear a striking resemblance to the M&S leopard print dress.
John Lewis are currently offering a remarkably similar leopard print dress to customers, from designers Damsel in a Dress. The dress is currently available in all sizes, and is on sale for a huge half off - available for £69 down from £139!
House of Fraser are also currently selling a lovely Samsoe and Samsoe leopard print dress, for just £40 (down from £135!).
JD Williams are also selling a stunning Joanna Hope animal print jersey dress - for the bargain price of £16. The item looks pretty similar to the M&S, but at a fraction of the price!
So what do you think of M&S's latest offerings?
