Spanish brand Oysho.com (sister brand to Zara) is most known for its loungewear, swimwear and activewear. The latest collections are dropping in online, and this starts with the 'Comfortlux' edit to provide greater comfort for yogis. The collection has leggings which adapt to fit the body and cross-back bras to focus on unrestricted movement. The materials are all also quick drying and made from a high strength fabric. The strappy back bra (seen in the above Instagram pic) comes in black, grey, mauve and blue and you can get it for £22.99, here.

Boden's first activewear collection

We always love Boden for a staple dress or a perfect print to brighten up our wardrobes. Now, they're a go-to for activewear and loungewear, too. Dropping its first collection in August, the edit comprises of comfy joggers and chic hooded tops for relaxing and colour-block leggings and bras for exercising. London-born brand Silou is all about stylish activewear that is also sustainable, practical and wearable. You can shop its latest collections based on your chosen exercise, with all of its edits being made from recycled and recyclable materials. The 'Tara' bra (above) may be slightly more of a splurge but the luxury material is guaranteed to be moisture-wicking, body-shaping and made from non-toxic materials.

Founded by fitness influencer Grace Beverley, Tala only launched in 2019 but created a mission to be 100% up-cycled. The activewear brand is 92% there with recycled and recyclable packaging, plantable tags (put them in peat and water and grow your own plants) and all its items are made from factory off-cuts and recycled plastic bottles. Not only this, the brand also has a strong focus on being inclusive, aiming to make products for sizes 4-20. Stand out in the 'Mina' neon yellow high compression sports bra, made for gym workouts. The statement style is created from up-cycled polyamide – breathable, anti-bacterial and has a four-way stretch.
