M&S has given us plenty of reasons to get excited about Christmas with its new festive advert – especially when it comes to winter dressing. Starring Lucy Punch as Mrs Claus, James Norton as Santa and a guest appearance from Katherine Jenkins, this advert is full of seasonal fashion moments, from statement outerwear to party dresses.

Lucy Punch first appears in the most luxurious set of pyjamas with bright, playful pink stripes – they are perfect for cosying up on Christmas morning. Later on, she swaps her loungewear for a fabulous tiger-print coat and leather kitten heels as she is seen leaving the M&S store. And of course, everything is available to shop at the British clothing brand right now.

Katherine Jenkins is seen towards the end of the advert, singing in a beautiful sequin mini dress with long sleeves, large silver earrings, and elegant open-toe heels. Not only is this the perfect formula for Christmas work parties, but it's also just as fabulous for New Year's Eve or fancy dinner reservations with friends.
